The first floor accommodation which is arranged off an impressive galleried landing, comprises a master bedroom with ensuite, guest bedroom with ensuite, two further double bedrooms and stylish and luxurious family bathroom.

The on-trend finish and obvious attention to detail is evident throughout Journeys End with a high end fitted kitchen complete with white quartz worktops and upstands - fitted appliances include a Rangemaster cooker, Samsung American style fridge freezer, Bosch dishwasher and integrated Neff microwave. The fitments within the utility room compliment the kitchen and include a Bosch washing machine.

All bathrooms are fitted with Montrose cabinetry and Corian tops, high quality sanitary ware and Hansgroher fittings. The master bedroom and guest bedrooms are both fitted with a range of bespoke wardrobe cupboards. All architraves and skirtings are painted MDF, internal doors are oak panelled with quality furniture, the front door and side door are bespoke handmade from hardwood and painted grey. Marble tiling is fitted throughout the entire ground floor excluding the main reception rooms which will be carpeted as will the staircase, first floor landing and bedrooms. Each of the bathrooms have ceramic tiled floors.

The entire property is double glazed including remotely controlled high level Velux windows allowing light onto the first floor landing - these are also rain sensitive if left open. There are three sets of bi-fold doors with integrated blinds (drawing room, kitchen and family room) leading to an extensive sun terrace. Air source underfloor heating is installed throughout the property. External lighting, power points and external taps have been fitted - they will also be connected to the large garden store/workshop.

To the front is a large private drive with a 5 metre block paved entrance leading to a Cotswold loose stone parking area. There are Cotswold stoned paths on either of the property side leading to a large sunny garden which has been professionally turfed. The large terrace is mainly Indian sandstone with an adjoining timber decked area and steps leading down to the lawn. The garden is completely enclosed with quality timber fencing.

Journeys End is offered for sale with a 10 year NHBC and will be ready for occupation in October 2017.
LOCATION
The village of Pitton forms part of the Pitton and Farley Parish which lies some five miles to the east of the cathedral city of Salisbury. Surrounded by rolling countryside the village itself offers a range of facilities including a general store and Post Office, thriving village hall, sports fields and tennis courts and a well regarded local Inn, The Silver Plough. The village church, St Peter, in its original form predates Salisbury Cathedral although most of the current structure dates from around 1860. The award winning Pitton Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School is just off the village centre, is hugely popular and extremely well regarded. Neighbouring communities include the villages of Farley, The Winterslows, Tytherley and Firsdown. Salisbury offers a more comprehensive range of recreational amenities, shopping facilities, market on Tuesdays and Saturdays and a wide range of schooling, both state and private, including two grammar schools and a college of further education. Salisbury has a mainline railway station, also stopping at Grateley, serving London, Waterloo and the West Country. Although a rural environment, access to the M3 and M25 is easily obtained via the A303 to the north east and to Southampton via the A36/M27 to the south.
TENURE AND SERVICES
Tenure: Freehold. Local Authority: Wiltshire Council. Council Tax Band to be advised. Air source heating. Fully double glazed. Mains electricity, water and drainage connected.

After a short distance Journeys End will be found on the left hand side before the narrow bridge clearly identified by the Baxters For Sale sign.
