Mole End is a delightful, detached family home set in a large corner plot with excellent views over Pitton village and the surrounding countryside.

The accommodation is light and spacious with a large open plan reception room and a modern well equipped Shaker-style kitchen. There is also a generous study with a pleasant outlook over the front garden and village. The first floor offers a fantastic master suite with a large bedroom and equally large ensuite bathroom. There are two further double bedrooms and a large family shower room. Prospective buyers should be aware that Mole End was originally constructed as a four bedroom house—the ensuite has been created from a bedroom and could easily revert; refer to floor plan.

The property is presented for sale in excellent order, is fully double glazed and centrally heated via an oil fired boiler to radiators and an abundance of storage. There is huge potential to extend and enlarge Mole End subject to obtaining the necessary consents.

The gardens are extensive with areas of lawn, attractive borders and a variety of shrubs and trees, to the side is a double width drive with parking and access to a substantial detached garage, part of which has been converted into a useful functioning workshop. In conclusion an excellent family home in a fantastic location with easy access to the centre of the village and hugely popular village school.

LOCATION
The village of Pitton forms part of the Pitton and Farley Parish which lies some five miles to the east of the cathedral city of Salisbury. Surrounded by rolling countryside the village itself offers a range of facilities including a general store and Post Office, thriving village hall, sports fields and tennis courts and a well regarded local Inn, The Silver Plough. The village church, St Peter, in its original form predates Salisbury Cathedral although most of the current structure dates from around 1860. The award-winning Pitton Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School is just off the village centre: it is hugely popular and extremely well regarded. Neighbouring communities include the villages of Farley, The Winterslows, Tytherley and Firsdown. Salisbury offers a more comprehensive range of recreational amenities including the theatre and arts centre, shopping facilities, the Charter market on Tuesdays and Saturdays and a wide range of schooling, both state and private, including two grammar schools, a college of further education and South Wiltshire University Technical College. Salisbury has a mainline railway station, also stopping at Grateley, serving London, Waterloo and the West Country.  Although a rural environment, access to the M3 and M25 is easily obtained via the A303 to the northeast and to Southampton via the A36/M27 to the south.
