Bill provides professional advice in relation to residential sales valuations & marketing, residential lettings & investment property, land sales & land acquisitions, residential & commercial planning and development and new homes marketing & sales.

Bill’s career as an estate agent began in the 1980s working for the hugely successful and independent firm, Allen & Harris, out of Oxford, Newbury, Andover and Trowbridge. This was followed by an appointment as Branch Manager of the Andover office of country house agents Dreweatt Neate, now Carter Jonas. The independent estate agents William S Baxter was established in the 1990s; the doors opened on 4 July 1996, Independence Day (!) with Bill focussing primarily on the Bourne and Test Valley area.
